I realized that some items I have written about have been left hanging so I felt I should write updates about these particular items. Here they are:
Worker Permits: They found our Worker Permits! We hand carried them to the capital city. They are not ready yet. Please pray that they will be ready before the tenth. They government told me that I have received my last extension on my visitors visa so we are not sure what that means as far as staying in the country.
Shelly: She is doing very well. She has told me that her family can already see a difference in her attitude. We visited her and her boyfriend or as they like to call it, “Common Law”. We wanted to get to know her boyfriend and then hopefully John can share the gospel with him. Please pray for him, his name is Anton.
Weather: It continues to be rainy. The road can not hold all the water. Today Basil told me there is water as far as the eye can see flooding the Coastal Highway. Please pray that when it is necessary for us to get through, we will be able to get through.
Pregnancy: The pregnancy continues to progress. I am almost 19 weeks. On Tuesday or Wednesday, I get an ultrasound to make sure everything is “normal” and as a bonus we will find out the sex of the baby. Yay! I will announce it on the blog. I can’t wait! My infection is under control, although I seem to have a virus of some sort, and am staying home tonight instead of going to youth night.
I better go and be “Mommy” now. The best job.
Soooooo glad to hear most of the issues are in a better spot than they were in the last blog. Thanks for the updates. We will continue to pray for your prayer requests. Can’t wait to hear whether Evangeline will be having a brother or sister 🙂 XOXO
I appreciate the updates, too, and always look forward to your posts and hearing how the Lord is working in and through you all. Love you,
We’re praying for you all and can’t wait to know what our new grandbaby will be!! Take good care of yourself, Melissa, “precious cargo” as Grandma always said.
