Hi all, just a quick post to let you know that we are doing well we just have limited internet access. We just spent some time with folks from Calvary Baptist Church of Winston Salem. They were a great group. We even got to hang out with them at Caye Caulker for a day. What a great group! They are all so sold out for the Lord. They even had a money tree “baby shower” for us. What a blessing they were to us!
We are now in Belize City getting a crash course on how to navigate the city from Vera and Basil. They leave for the states tomorrow and then, we are on our own. We are excited but a little nervous. We’ll keep you posted on our adventures. We have limited access to the internet at times, so if you don’t hear from us for a few days, don’t worry, we’re around.

Is the internet not working again at the base?
The cable internet here in the city is tied to Vera’s computer (MAC Address filtering).
I’ve been able to get around it by spoofing the MAC address, but only through Windows running in Parallels. Unfortunately, Parallels keeps causing the computer to get hot to the point of causing it to freeze (ironic terms…so hot it freezes 🙂 ), so I can only get on for about 3-5 minutes at a time.
John, who is that in that picture? Seriously, you need to update that! 🙂
